Article 1. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern monthly paid subscriptions, term packages, product changes, additional processing time, and other paid digital services sold by Artiroom through Easy Cut. The Terms of Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy also apply. Product-specific checkout conditions take priority without limiting statutory consumer rights.
Article 2. Seller information

Article 3. Products and payment methods
Easy Cut Pro renews automatically each month and includes 60 minutes plus subscription features. A term package is a one-time purchase of 3, 6, or 12 monthly service units, delivered monthly without automatic renewal. Additional processing time is a one-time purchase, remains separate from base time, and is valid for 90 days after approval.
Term packages and additional time use one-time card authorization. For total payments of at least KRW 50,000, installments may be offered only where supported by the card issuer campaign and verified payment-provider conditions. Debit and prepaid cards are not eligible. The product name, plan, billing cycle, amount, allowance, start date, and next billing date shown at checkout form the specific order terms; displayed prices include tax unless stated otherwise.
Article 4. Orders and formation of contract
You select a product and review the amount, start date, next billing date, purchase terms, and refund rules before payment. Agreeing and pressing the final payment button starts authorization; opening checkout or selecting a product alone does not create a charge.
The contract is formed when the payment institution approves the charge and we display or electronically notify completion. If approval fails or the status is uncertain, paid access is not granted while the transaction is checked. A change shown as scheduled is not charged until the current term ends and the new product payment succeeds.
Article 5. Subscription renewal and cancellation
A monthly subscription renews each month at the displayed date and amount until cancellation is confirmed. Each approved charge immediately grants 60 minutes and adds one paid month after any remaining Pro term.
Final cancellation immediately stops the payment provider's future recurring schedule. The already-paid Pro term and granted time remain available until their respective expiry, but no further automatic charge or allowance is issued.
Choosing Subscribe Again while cancellation is scheduled is a new paid transaction, not a simple reversal. After stored-card verification, the monthly fee is charged immediately, 60 minutes is granted, one month is added after the remaining Pro term, and recurring billing is reactivated.
A term package does not auto-renew. Its first entitlement starts immediately after approval, later allowances are issued on the same monthly reference date, and no new time is issued after expiry, cancellation, or refund. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the policy shown at payment and verified usage records.
Article 6. Product changes
When a user with Easy Cut Pro buys a term package, the full package amount is authorized first. The package activates immediately only after the original KRW 9,900 Pro payment is confirmed fully reversed. On completion, Pro recurring billing and the existing Pro base time end, and the package term and first allowance start from package approval.
If the full reversal of the original Pro payment cannot be confirmed, the package authorization is fully canceled and the existing Pro entitlement remains. If authorization or cancellation cannot be determined, the package is not automatically activated and the payment-provider transaction is reviewed.
Each 3-, 6-, or 12-month Starter or Expert package may be bought once per account. A different term or tier may be added once each; every package starts an independent term on approval and its monthly allowances are combined. Pro cannot be added while a package is active. Separately purchased additional time remains valid until its displayed expiry.
Installments for a term package or additional time are available only when the total is at least KRW 50,000 and the checkout displays a supported installment option.
Article 7. Delivery and use of paid services
Delivery begins when paid access and processing time become available after approval. Usage is calculated from the source-video range selected for processing, not the length of generated Shorts.
The default Trending list may be tried before payment. Paid-filter use begins only when the server successfully returns results for a paid filter under an active entitlement. Viewing the default list, clicking a locked filter without access, or a failed request that returns no result is not recorded as paid use.
The Service accepts long-form source videos at least 3 minutes long. For videos at least 4 minutes long, one job processes a selected range from 4 to 60 minutes; videos between 3 and 4 minutes are processed in full. It does not turn YouTube Shorts or other videos under 3 minutes into new Shorts.
Package allowances are granted monthly while each package remains active. Additional time is deducted separately and is valid for 90 days. Processing time is a non-transferable service-use limit, not stored money, and cannot be transferred, cashed out, or used to pay third parties. This does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights. AI output may vary, so review accuracy and rights before publishing.
Article 8. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
Withdrawal, subscription cancellation, early termination, partial refunds, overpayments, and request procedures follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. A consumer may generally request withdrawal within seven days of receiving the contract document or the later start of supply, subject to statutory limits after agreed digital content or individual service delivery begins.
A successfully delivered paid Trending filter result may mean the order is no longer wholly unused for a seven-day full-refund review. Viewing the default list or merely clicking a locked function is not paid use.
For refund-policy v4 orders, eligibility is reviewed from paid-service usage records, including AI or cloud computation, reserved or deducted processing time, and delivered results. Submitting a request alone does not approve a refund.
Article 9. Payment information and overpayments
We send required payment information to payment processors including ThePayOne. Card number, expiry, date of birth or business number, and the first two digits of the card PIN are not stored in our database. A monthly subscription may retain the minimum processor token and encrypted phone number needed for recurring billing. Cards entered for term packages or additional time are not saved or converted into a subscription card.
Confirmed duplicate or excess payments are reversed or refunded to the original payment method under applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Paid access or some features may be restricted after payment failure or non-payment.
Article 10. Amendments, disputes, and contact
We may amend these Terms within applicable law. Material changes unfavorable to users are announced in the Service or electronically before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties first seek resolution by consultation; unresolved disputes follow the procedures and courts designated by applicable law.

Article 11. Provider-specific terms and Toss automatic billing
The monthly-subscription and term-package conditions in Articles 3 through 6 continue to apply to existing ThePayOne payers and orders whose confirmation screen identifies ThePayOne. The following Toss terms apply only when checkout identifies Toss automatic billing. Orders, cards, and recurring schedules are not mixed or transferred between payment providers.
Toss Easy Cut Pro, Starter, and Expert are 1-, 6-, or 12-month contracts. The full selected contract price is charged at initial subscription and each contract renewal. A displayed monthly-equivalent price is only for comparison and is not split into monthly charges. Monthly allowances and limits are granted on each monthly reference date while the contract is active.
Scheduling cancellation keeps the paid term and granted access until the end date and stops only the next renewal. A target plan with a higher total contract price takes effect immediately after approval of the target total less a credit calculated from the remaining-time ratio of the current contract. A target with an equal or lower total is scheduled without a charge and takes effect only after its full price is approved at the current contract end.
Toss automatic billing uses a billing key issued after card registration and identity verification in the Toss Payments checkout. We encrypt the billing key again at rest and retain only minimum card metadata such as issuer code, masked number, and last four digits; we do not store the raw card number, expiry, date of birth or business number, PIN, or CVC. Unavailable issuers are disclosed before checkout, and a key issued while an issuer is restricted is neither stored nor charged.
